Singapore Prisons Service in the Central Region is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in the role of Rehabilitation Program Coordinator. As a Rehabilitation Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in aiding incarcerated individuals in their journey towards holistic wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement specialized programs focusing on mental health and well-being for inmates
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation plans
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly to ensure efficacy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing rehabilitation programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
