Position: Bike Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and bike expertise to our clients
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers in selecting the perfect bike for their needs
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the store
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the biking industry preferred but not required - we value passion and a willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
