We Are Hiring a Sustainability Projects Coordinator!

Northland Community and Technical College is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Sustainability Projects Coordinator. In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate initiatives that promote environmental stewardship, resource conservation, and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability projects and programs on campus
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to raise awareness and engagement in sustainability efforts
Conduct research on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmentally friendly practices
Assist in grant writing and fundraising for sustainability projects
Organize and participate in community outreach events related to sustainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
Strong passion for and knowledge of sustainability principles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with project management is a plus
