- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans
- Coach and motivate employees to reach their full potential
- Evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred
- Proven experience in performance enhancement and fitness training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
