Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance enhancement programs tailored to individual needs
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans
Coach and motivate employees to reach their full potential
Evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred
Proven experience in performance enhancement and fitness training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
