Position: Aquatic Habitat Restoration Specialist
Location: Connacht, Ireland

Job Description:
- Design and implement effective strategies for restoring and maintaining aquatic habitats
- Conduct field surveys and assessments to evaluate the health of freshwater ecosystems
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including local communities, regulatory bodies, and research institutions
- Develop innovative solutions to mitigate environmental impacts and promote biodiversity
- Monitor and analyze data to track the progress of conservation initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field
- Proven experience in habitat restoration projects or environmental conservation
- Strong knowledge of aquatic ecosystems, water quality assessment, and conservation principles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a drive to make a positive impact
