We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KT Phospital) in the North Region of Singapore. As our Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal operations, without directly using the title of Logistics/Transportation.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage inventory levels for medical supplies and equipment
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of transportation services for medical personnel and goods
Work closely with various departments to streamline operational processes
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient workflow systems
Manage documentation and records related to operations and transportation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in operations support or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
