Responsibilities:

Plan and execute innovative sports-oriented programs and events
Collaborate with various teams to integrate fitness activities into the company culture
Manage partnerships with sports organizations and events
Develop and implement strategies to encourage physical wellness among employees
Evaluate and enhance existing fitness opportunities and initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in event planning or sports management
