Position: Regional Experience Curator
Location: Veneto, Italy
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual with a deep understanding of the local area and a keen interest in crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and curating bespoke travel itineraries, recommending authentic local activities and attractions, and establishing partnerships with local businesses to enhance our customers' vacation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying unique regional experiences for our clientele
- Creating custom travel itineraries tailored to individual preferences
- Engaging with local vendors and partners to enhance our service offerings
- Staying updated on local events, festivals, and attractions for inclusion in itineraries
- Providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
Requirements:
- A deep passion for Veneto's culture, heritage, and natural landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
- Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred
