Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and artisans to curate a diverse range of authentic Karelian products.
- Create personalized experiences for visitors, leveraging your deep understanding of the region's traditions and offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each visitor leaves with an enriched and unforgettable encounter.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and showcase our curated products and experiences.
Requirements:
- Passion for Karelian culture and the vibrant tourism industry
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities
- Proven track record in creating unique and memorable experiences
- Ability to speak both Finnish and English fluently
