We are looking for a Senior Sustainable Living Development Manager to join our team at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Gelderland

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of sustainable living projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices within the built environment
- Manage risk assessments and ensure the highest standards of safety in all projects
- Conduct research to discover new sustainable technologies and methodologies in the built environment
- Engage with local communities to promote sustainable living practices
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in sustainable living or similar projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within building and construction
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in sustainable living practices
- Demonstrated leadership in sustainable development initiatives
