As an Innovation and Wellness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving forward the development and growth within our organization while fostering a culture of health and vitality.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing innovative wellness programs for our staff and students
Collaborating with internal and external partners to create engaging fitness initiatives
Designing strategies to promote a healthy and active lifestyle within the ZHAW community
Evaluating the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and providing recommendations for improvement
Conducting research in the field of wellness and health promotion

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in health science, kinesiology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of implementing successful wellness programs. You should also demonstrate leadership skills and an innovative mindset to drive positive change within the organization.
