As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing current manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of manufacturing processes
- Developing and implementing process improvement strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Providing training and support to staff on new processes and technologies
- Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
