About the Role:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and evaluate candidates.
Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each position.
Continuously enhance our employer brand and candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing advanced recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a competitive market.
Experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
