We are seeking an Outdoor Adventure Experience Coordinator to join our team at Nääs Fabriker, located in Västra Götalands län, Sweden. If you are passionate about providing thrilling outdoor experiences and inspiring others to embrace adventure, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute dynamic outdoor adventure activities for visitors of all ages
- Design and implement innovative programs to engage and challenge participants
- Create and coordinate unique sports and nature experiences tailored to diverse interests
- Collaborate with the team to ensure safety, quality, and enjoyment for all guests
Requirements:
- Proven experience in organizing outdoor adventure events or sports activities
- Demonstrated leadership in inspiring and motivating others in a recreational setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Passion for nature, sports, and the revitalizing benefits of outdoor activities
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred
