The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the agricultural and rural fields, leveraging our existing technologies and products to address the specific needs of these sectors. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships, and contributing to the development and execution of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities within the agricultural and rural industries.
Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to penetrate and expand our presence in these sectors.
Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to customize and tailor our offerings to meet the unique demands of the agricultural and rural markets.
Negotiate and finalize new business agreements and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
Provide regular updates and reports on market dynamics, competition, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Represent Sandvik Mining and Construction Russia LLC at industry events, trade shows, and conferences relevant to the agricultural and rural sectors.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, technological advancements, and other relevant developments within the agricultural and rural landscapes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the agricultural or rural industries.
Strong network and existing relationships with key players and decision-makers in agricultural or rural sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic, results-oriented approach to business development.
Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
