As a Creative Solutions Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing groundbreaking visual strategies to enhance our justice initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging solutions for justice-related projects
Provide creative input for the development of multimedia content, including interactive exhibits, digital presentations, and visual storytelling
Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the visual impact of our initiatives
Contribute to the evolution of design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all justice communications
Act as a creative evangelist, inspiring colleagues and stakeholders to elevate the visual identity of justice-related endeavors

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about leveraging design as a strategic tool to communicate complex ideas
Relevant qualifications in art, design, or a related discipline
