The successful candidate will be responsible for leading groundbreaking research initiatives in the field of agricultural property development. As a leader in Catalonia's agricultural sector, IRTA continues to push boundaries, seeking innovative ways to develop and enhance sustainable agricultural real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of land use, environmental impacts, and real estate market trends.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to develop strategic plans for agricultural property development.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as developers and government agencies, to drive sustainable development initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations outlining research findings and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure IRTA's standing as a leader in agricultural property development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in agricultural property development, land use planning, or sustainable real estate.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, GIS software, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading complex research projects from conception to implementation.
