Job Title: Multicultural Connectivity Specialist

Location: Tasmania, Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance multicultural connectivity and support within transportation networks
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse cultural groups and transportation stakeholders
  • Conduct research on the impact of multiculturalism on transportation systems and logistics
  • Advise on culturally sensitive approaches to transportation planning and service provision
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives to promote inclusive transportation solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in cross-cultural communication or multicultural community engagement
  • Understanding of transportation systems and challenges in multicultural environments
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural competence
  • Ability to think critically and creatively about multicultural connectivity in transportation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
