We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Innovation and Sustainability Specialist at the Umbria Cultural Association in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote sustainability without compromising cultural values.
Conduct research on sustainable practices and technologies within the cultural sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainable practices into our operations.
Identify and pursue opportunities for sustainable energy use and environmental conservation.
Educate staff and stakeholders on best practices for sustainability in alignment with our cultural mission.
Monitor and report on the implementation and impact of sustainability initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the field of sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Cultural Management).
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sustainable initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic cultural environment.
Passion for driving positive change and promoting sustainability within the cultural sphere.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
