Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable practices throughout our retail operations
Evaluate and optimize energy usage to reduce environmental impact
Research and recommend eco-friendly alternatives for packaging and products
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into daily operations
Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance measures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
Demonstrated experience in driving environmental initiatives within an organization
Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in environmental sustainability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
