As a Cultural Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that celebrate diversity and promote cultural awareness within the realm of our activities. You will work closely with our team to integrate multicultural elements into our customer experiences and corporate events.

We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of various cultural practices and traditions within a global context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in devising strategies that foster inclusivity and encourage cross-cultural dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cultural enrichment programs that complement our company's mission and vision.
Foster partnerships with local and international cultural organizations to promote cross-cultural understanding.
Cultivate an environment that values and respects diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
Create engaging multicultural events that resonate with both our staff and customer base.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that cultural diversity is reflected in all aspects of our operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Event Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multicultural events or initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of cultural sensitivity.
Strong project management abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team setting.
Proficiency in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are desirable.
