We are seeking an Experience Architect to spearhead the creation of unforgettable moments that blend artistry and entertainment to captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design experiential activities that intertwine culture, entertainment, and physical activity
Craft unique spectator engagements to enhance our events and productions
Collaborate closely with artists, directors, and producers to develop new, exhilarating experiences
Oversee the integration of innovative technologies to elevate audience interaction
Curate and coordinate sports-related performances and interactive showcases
Drive the creation of novelty games, challenges, and experiences that resonate with diverse audiences

Qualifications:

Deep passion for blending art, culture, and physical activities in unique and engaging ways
Background in theatre, event production, sports marketing, or related fields
Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute dynamic, interactive experiences
Proven track record of injecting creativity into audience engagement strategies
Strong understanding of the Emilia-Romagna cultural scene and its potential for innovation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
