Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to improve the overall well-being of our employees
- Coordinate and organize health-related workshops, seminars, and events
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate wellness practices into daily operations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health-related matters
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs
