Job Opening: Campus Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences? As a Campus Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our student residents. You will have the opportunity to design and execute engaging events, develop community-building initiatives, and foster a sense of belonging within our properties.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with property management teams to organize and implement innovative community events and activities
Utilize creativity to develop and execute programming that enhances the student experience
Engage with residents to build a sense of community and facilitate meaningful connections
Work closely with marketing and leasing teams to promote events and initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents

Qualifications:

Passion for creating exceptional experiences and fostering community
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Creativity and innovative thinking
Previous experience in event planning or community development is a plus
