Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dynamic and forward-thinking organization at Nyköpings Lasarett, located in the heart of Sweden's Södermanlands län. We are currently seeking a strategic and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development and execution of business strategies to foster growth and market expansion
Identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities with external stakeholders, enhancing our brand presence and revenue streams
Conduct market research and analysis to drive informed decision-making and to stay abreast of industry trends
Create and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders, fostering a deep understanding of our offerings and value proposition
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of business development efforts with the overall organizational objectives
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted industry leader

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development or related field, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude
Fluency in both verbal and written English, with proficiency in Swedish as an advantage
