Role Overview

We are searching for a talented professional to fill the position of Health and Wellness Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare and wellness teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference by creating and delivering programs that inspire our community to prioritize their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with medical professionals to create tailored wellness programs
Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and injury prevention
Lead group fitness sessions and individual training programs
Educate and motivate patients and staff
Conduct health assessments and fitness evaluations
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in health and fitness

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. The ideal candidate should possess nationally recognized certifications in personal training and group fitness instruction. Previous experience in health and wellness coaching and program development would be a significant advantage.
