Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Utilize advanced technologies and platforms to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the cultural or arts sector.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Sweden.
