Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Sweden.
