Pays de la Loire Film Commission is seeking a dynamic, culturally aware individual to join our team as a Cultural Liaison Officer. This role will actively contribute to our mission of promoting and facilitating film production in the Pays de la Loire region, while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with diverse cultural communities to facilitate collaboration in the film industry.
Provide cultural expertise and guidance to ensure accurate representation of diverse communities in film projects.
Advise on culturally sensitive issues in film production and maintain awareness of cultural considerations.
Collaborate with local and international partners to promote diversity in film and support inclusivity within the industry.
Contribute to the development of strategies to engage diverse talent and promote cultural awareness in film production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in community engagement, cultural liaison, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultural groups.
Understanding of the film industry and a passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity.
Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
