We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Innovation and Engagement Specialist. As part of the Denali Commission in the heart of Alaska, you have the opportunity to make a difference and drive impactful change in the region. As an Innovation and Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging digital platforms and community outreach to connect with stakeholders and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative outreach strategies to support community partnerships
- Drive engagement through creative and strategic digital initiatives
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for leveraging technology to drive positive change
- Develop and manage content for various online platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful digital presence
- Monitor and analyze social media and digital engagement metrics to optimize strategies and impact
- Guide and support teams on best practices for digital communication and engagement
- Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience in community engagement, communications, or related fields
- Demonstrated understanding of digital platforms, community dynamics, and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of innovative and impactful digital initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
