Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with local communities to identify legal issues and provide appropriate guidance
- Collaborate with the legal team to devise effective strategies for community outreach and awareness
- Assist in organizing and conducting legal education workshops and seminars
- Advocate for marginalized communities and individuals facing legal challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, institutions, and government bodies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative legal initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights, or related field
- Experience in community engagement or advocacy work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for social justice and equality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding is a plus
