Role Overview:
- Conduct research and implement best practices for the ethical treatment and welfare of our mascots and their related ecology.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance animal welfare policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external animal welfare agencies, advocating for animal rights and promoting responsible pet ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor the physical and psychological well-being of our beloved mascots, ensuring they exemplify happiness and vitality.
- Offer advice on nutrition, health, and behavior, guiding our teams and clients on the best care practices for our animal companions.
- Implement educational programs focused on animal welfare for our employees and clients.
Requirements:
- Deep passion and commitment to animal welfare, demonstrated through previous experience or active involvement in animal protection organizations.
- Knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate for animal welfare initiatives.
