València Capital del Diseño is excited to announce an opening for the position of Valencia Style Ambassador. As the heart of Spanish design and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate individual to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a brand ambassador for Valencia's unique style and design culture
Provide exceptional customer service, offering bespoke advice and styling tips
Drive sales through your deep understanding of customer tastes and preferences
Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining an engaging store environment
Contribute to the development of customer loyalty programs

What We're Looking For:

A strong passion for design and an eye for style
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a design-centric environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets
An understanding of Valencia’s design culture and its impact on retail
