We are looking for a Digital Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Austurland Community Bookstore!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance online presence and engagement
Curate compelling content for various digital platforms to promote our bookstore and literary events
Monitor and analyze social media and digital network performance metrics
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute innovative digital campaigns
Engage with our community via social media and other digital channels to foster meaningful connections
Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to continually improve our digital initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
Familiarity with leveraging digital tools for networking, communication, and community building
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
Ability to analyze data and interpret insights to optimize digital engagement strategies
A passion for literature, community involvement, and promoting cultural events through digital platforms
Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and web analytics is a plus
