We are looking for a Digital Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Austurland Community Bookstore!
Are you passionate about leveraging digital platforms to connect with our community and drive engagement? Do you have a keen interest in utilizing technology to promote literature and literacy? If so, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance online presence and engagement
- Curate compelling content for various digital platforms to promote our bookstore and literary events
- Monitor and analyze social media and digital network performance metrics
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute innovative digital campaigns
- Engage with our community via social media and other digital channels to foster meaningful connections
- Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to continually improve our digital initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Familiarity with leveraging digital tools for networking, communication, and community building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
- Ability to analyze data and interpret insights to optimize digital engagement strategies
- A passion for literature, community involvement, and promoting cultural events through digital platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and web analytics is a plus
