Process Improvement Specialist
Bodegas Ontañón is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in La Rioja, Spain. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze areas for process improvement within the manufacturing sector
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows and minimize waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance quality control measures
- Utilize data-driven approaches and performance metrics to drive process enhancement initiatives
- Provide training and support to staff members on new protocols and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in process mapping and lean methodologies
