We are seeking a Global Business Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Subaru of America in New Jersey! As a Global Business Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our international operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs to align with global legal requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor international business activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters for international ventures
- Stay informed about changes in international laws and regulations impacting business operations
- Create and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for global staff
Qualifications:
