Job Opening: Community Outreach Specialist

We are currently seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach programs that benefit both the community and our customers, fostering a sense of togetherness.
Engage with local organizations and community leaders to understand their needs and develop collaborative initiatives.
Organize and participate in community events, promoting our values and building strong relationships.
Educate the community on financial well-being and the benefits of our products and services.

Requirements:

Passion for community involvement and a deep understanding of the diverse cultural landscape within Wales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing community outreach programs.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Welsh is highly desirable but not mandatory.
