About the Role: Wellness Program Coordinator

As a Wellness Program Coordinator at Cantel Medical, you will be responsible for driving our health and wellness initiatives that positively impact both our employees and the community. You will support the development and implementation of engaging programs and events focused on promoting physical activity, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyle choices. Key Responsibilities:

Design, coordinate, and execute wellness programs that align with the company's vision and values.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote health and wellness initiatives.
Organize fitness challenges, wellness workshops, and recreational activities.
Create and manage communication materials related to wellness programs.
Measure and evaluate the success of wellness initiatives through data analysis and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's wellness programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in organizing and coordinating health and wellness programs.
Passion for promoting physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Certification in health and wellness-related areas is a plus.
