Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline production processes
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative initiatives across the production floor
Research and recommend new technologies and methods to improve manufacturing processes
Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and minimize waste
Contribute to the development and implementation of new production techniques and methods
Evaluate and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in process improvement and innovation within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
Excellent project management abilities with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
