We are currently seeking a Wellness Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Wellness Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and transformative experiences for our members and customers by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative wellness programs while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized wellness programs tailored to individual needs
- Lead fitness and wellness workshops, classes, and events
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create an inspiring and inclusive wellness environment
Qualifications:
- Passion for promoting holistic health and wellness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant education or certification in fitness, nutrition, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
