Position: Creative Experience Coordinator

Location: Schleswig-Holstein, Germany

Responsibilities:

Stay updated on industry trends and insights to infuse fresh perspectives into our creative initiatives
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Evaluate the success of experiences through performance metrics and audience feedback
Champion a culture of creativity and experimentation within the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compelling experiences, ideally within a similar industry
Proven ability to think strategically and translate ideas into impactful experiences
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, immersive experiences
