Position: Resource Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic allocation of resources to support the logistical needs of our facilities and programs.
Develop and implement resource utilization plans to optimize operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to assess and address transportation requirements.
Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement in resource distribution.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain management principles.
Proven ability to analyze logistical challenges and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with inventory control and procurement processes preferred.
