Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality improvement

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product performance and durability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in product development and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Strong project management skills with a focus on deadlines and quality control
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for music and an understanding of musical instrument production is a plus
