Position: Creative Concept Architect

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to fill the role of Creative Concept Architect at our Georgia-based headquarters. As a Creative Concept Architect, you will be responsible for envisioning and developing unique visual and spatial concepts aimed at enhancing our guests' dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize innovative designs that align with our brand identity
Translate conceptual ideas into tangible design proposals, including visual presentations and mock-ups
Participate in the selection and coordination of materials, finishes, and furniture to bring concepts to life
Conduct research to stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Present and communicate concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Proven experience in developing and executing creative design concepts
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of spatial planning, aesthetic principles, and design theory
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
