Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Location: Bavaria, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate diversity and inclusion goals into business practices.
- Design and conduct training programs to raise awareness and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Oversee diversity recruitment efforts and work towards a diverse talent pipeline.
- Act as a resource for employees, providing support and guidance on diversity-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion management.
- Strong understanding of multicultural dynamics and related challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Fluency in English and German.
