Västra Götalands län Regional Operations Manager:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Västra Götalands län. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our retail outlets and service centers, maintaining excellent standards in customer service and sales operations. You will work closely with our various franchises and retail chains, driving performance and ensuring a strong Electrolux presence in the region.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the operations of retail outlets and service centers
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer service standards
Collaborate with franchise partners and retail chains to ensure brand consistency and optimal performance
Provide leadership and guidance to the regional team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and risks
Report on regional performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
Proven experience in operations management within the retail or franchise industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluency in Swedish and English
