Key Responsibilities:
- Research and development of advanced farming equipment and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for the agricultural sector
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing for new agricultural machinery and processes
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and implement relevant improvements to existing products
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields
- Proven experience in agricultural equipment design and development
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with FEA tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for sustainable and innovative agricultural practices
