Key Responsibilities:

Research and development of advanced farming equipment and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for the agricultural sector
Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing for new agricultural machinery and processes
Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and implement relevant improvements to existing products
Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in agricultural equipment design and development
Proficiency in CAD software and experience with FEA tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
