About the Role:

As a Creative Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and managing unique experiences for our patrons. This role requires a blend of creativity and organizational skills, as you will be involved in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that showcase the best in performing arts and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging event concepts in line with The Smith Center's brand and ethos.
Collaborate with internal teams, artists, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
Oversee event budgeting and financial processes.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a cultural or entertainment-related context.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
Passion for the performing arts and creating exceptional experiences for patrons.
