We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Pelican State Credit Union in Louisiana. As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized financial guidance and solutions to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing members' financial situations and goals to recommend appropriate products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs
- Delivering exceptional service by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Staying updated on financial industry trends and products to provide informed recommendations
- Assisting with processing transactions, account maintenance, and paperwork
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or banking environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications
