We are seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist who possesses an innate understanding of online communities and possesses the ability to ideate and implement innovative online strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital engagement strategies that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive online presence
- Analyze digital metrics and adapt strategies to optimize engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various online platforms
- Monitor and manage social media channels, promoting dialogue and user-generated content
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or online community management
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Keen eye for visual aesthetics and content curation
