Position Overview

As a Cultivation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of agricultural initiatives within our school system. This role involves engaging with students, faculty, and the local community to foster a deeper understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and rural livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement agricultural programs that enrich student learning experiences.
Collaborate with local farmers and industry experts to create hands-on learning opportunities.
Manage agricultural resources, including land, equipment, and supplies.
Promote environmental stewardship and sustainable farming practices.
Educate students about the importance of agriculture and its role in rural communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
